Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 200 gram fresh strawberries
- 100 gram sugar
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 200 ml V-Soy Low Sugar
- 100 gram ice cubes
Instructions
- Soak strawberries in sugar and lemon juice
- Let them sit inside a chiller for at least 8 hours
- Add the strawberries to a pan on low heat and stir until the mixture thickens
- Pour into a glass and add V-Soy Low Sugar
- Add ice cubes
