Start your day with this nutrient-packed Chia Seed Pudding! Use our V-Soy Low Sugar that is made only with 2% sugar or any of your fav V-Soy product.
Serves 2 cups
- 2/3 cups of chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup of V-Soy Low Sugar
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Any berries/bananas/other fruits that you like
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoon chopped almonds (optional)
- Mix all base ingredients.
- Serve in a cup or small bowl.
Garnish with toppings of your choice.
