Strawberry Compote

with V-Soy Low Sugar

Enjoy the freshness in every sip!

Makes 1 cup


  • 200 gram fresh strawberries
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 200 ml V-Soy Low Sugar
  • 100 gram ice cubes


  1. Soak strawberries in sugar and lemon juice
  2. Let them sit inside a chiller for at least 8 hours
  3. Add the strawberries to a pan on low heat and stir until the mixture thickens
  4. Pour into a glass and add V-Soy Low Sugar
  5. Add ice cubes
