A soylicious twist to a classic favourite!
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- A bowl of sliced mango
- 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup V-Soy Golden Grain
Instructions
- Blend mango slices, Greek yogurt and V-Soy Golden-Grain with a blender until well blended.
- Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses and chill before serving. Garnish with
pistachios before serving (optional).
