Caramelized Banana Choco Soy

with V-Soy Low Sugar

Indulge yourself with this thick, creamy and delicious concoction!

Makes 1 cup


  • 30 gram sugar
  • 3 gram butter
  • 30 gram cream (liquid whip cream)
  • 1 piece banana
  • 22 gram chocolate drink powder
  • 180 ml V-Soy Low Sugar


  1. Sprinkle sugar on sauté pan little by little with low heat until the color turns like honey
  2. Add butter and mix
  3. Add cream and mix
  4. Add sliced banana, mix until it turns into a semi-purée
  5. Turn off the heat and let it cool
  6. To a shaker, add 35 gram of the caramelized banana to chocolate powder and V-Soy Low Sugar
  7. Shake and serve
