with V-Soy Low Sugar

Indulge yourself with this thick, creamy and delicious concoction!
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 30 gram sugar
- 3 gram butter
- 30 gram cream (liquid whip cream)
- 1 piece banana
- 22 gram chocolate drink powder
- 180 ml V-Soy Low Sugar
Instructions
- Sprinkle sugar on sauté pan little by little with low heat until the color turns like honey
- Add butter and mix
- Add cream and mix
- Add sliced banana, mix until it turns into a semi-purée
- Turn off the heat and let it cool
- To a shaker, add 35 gram of the caramelized banana to chocolate powder and V-Soy Low Sugar
- Shake and serve
