with V-Soy Low Sugar

The perfect drink for your dessert time!
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 200 gram sugar
- 20 gram butter
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml cream
- 60 ml butterscotch sauce
- 200 ml V-Soy Low Sugar
- 100 gram ice cubes
Instructions
- Sprinkle sugar into a pan on low heat, tilt the pan to spread the sugar out instead of stirring.
- Turn off the heat and add the butter when the color turns like honey, then stir
- Pour in milk and let the mixture cool
- Add the cream and stir again
- Pour into a shaker with ice cubes and V-Soy Low Sugar
- Shake and serve
