Brown Sugar Coffee Cream

with V-Soy Low Sugar

A sweet twist to your regular coffee & cream

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Syrup:

  • 500 gram brown sugar
  • 50 ml water

Liquid Creamer:

  • 500 gram non dairy creamer
  • 500 ml water

Individual Serving:

  • 25 ml brown sugar syrup
  • 60 ml espresso
  • 30 ml liquid creamer
  • 120 ml V-Soy Low Sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the brown sugar syrup. Place the brown sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Make the liquid creamer. Place the non-dairy creamer and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Pour the espresso into a mug, followed by the V-Soy Low Sugar, the liquid creamer, the brown sugar syrup and serve.
