Smoked Pineapple with Soy

with V-Soy Low Sugar

Pineapple with soy milk? Why not! Give this refreshing drink a try!

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 honey pineapple (400 grams), peeled and cleaned
  • 3 grams woodchips for smoke gun
  • 2 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 150 ml V-Soy Low Sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice pineapple and coat it with brown sugar
  2. Grill the coated pineapple until soft
  3. Mix pineapple, water and sugar in the blender
  4. Pour the pineapple juice into a plastic bag, smoke with burned woodchips and seal
  5. Keep in the chiller for at least 8 hours
  6. Strain the pulp out of the juice
  7. Mix 60ml of smoked pineapple syrup with V-Soy Low Sugar
