with V-Soy Low Sugar

Pineapple with soy milk? Why not! Give this refreshing drink a try!
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 honey pineapple (400 grams), peeled and cleaned
- 3 grams woodchips for smoke gun
- 2 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams sugar
- 100 ml water
- 150 ml V-Soy Low Sugar
Instructions
- Slice pineapple and coat it with brown sugar
- Grill the coated pineapple until soft
- Mix pineapple, water and sugar in the blender
- Pour the pineapple juice into a plastic bag, smoke with burned woodchips and seal
- Keep in the chiller for at least 8 hours
- Strain the pulp out of the juice
- Mix 60ml of smoked pineapple syrup with V-Soy Low Sugar
